Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the European Commerce Regiser’s Forum (ECRF) I have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the 12th Annual Conference which will be held from June 11-12, 2009 in Luxembourg.

The Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCSL), as presiding ECRF Register during the period 2008/2009, is pleased to host and organize the ECRF 2009 venue.

I hope that many of you will attend this important event and will take the opportunity to participate in the exchange of experiences and information in business registration matters and meet colleagues of different jurisdictions.

The theme for ECRF 2009 is: ’Registers in motion’. The theme represents the view that Registers are confronted with and have to adapt to a continuously changing environment.
